&lt;p&gt;The further you go into fitness and the more extreme you venture, you will have people telling you their opinion unasked how they dislike your body going “too far”. Just don’t. Hold it in because we get it almost daily.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;95% of people who look at pictures of competing bodybuilders will say almost &lt;strong&gt;impulsively&lt;/strong&gt; that they think it’s too much, or it is not nice. Your opinion is respected but keep in mind to respect that these people and us are not trying to impress you. It is not about looking good, it is about the sport. Pushing your body further, seeing your extremes. If we wanted to impress you, we would have stopped. It’s about impressing ourselves.&lt;/p&gt;

I work on a four-day split, repeating back and legs days once each (I focus on lifting heavy with fewer reps the first day and lighter with more reps and perfect form the second). I’m trying to cut right now so I’m doing at least 10 min of stairmaster at the end of every day (except leg day usually). The breakdown typically looks like this.&lt;br/&gt;Day 1: Bis and shoulders &lt;br/&gt;Day 2: Back&lt;br/&gt;Day 3: Legs&lt;br/&gt;Day 4: Cardio&lt;br/&gt;Day 5: Chest and tris&lt;br/&gt;Day 6: Back&lt;br/&gt;Day 7: Legs&lt;br/&gt;I also train abs ~3x a week and obliques ~3x a week on alternating days.
